Returns are accepted provided the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or modified by the customer. Packages with damages or modifications will not be accepted for reimbursement.
All returns must be made within 14 days, from the date the receipt was issued. If we do not have the product within 14 days at our facility, we will not be able to make the refund.
How to return a product?
It's very simple - just follow the 3 steps of the process:
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details below and let us know the intention of return:
- Customer name
- Date and order number
- Name of the product to be returned
- Reason for return
Our customer service agent will accept the request and coordinate the steps to follow.
Pack the item in its original packaging or in a different one of similar quality, ensuring that the products are in their initial state - unopened, unmodified or damaged.
Send the products to our address. When choosing the shipping method, please ensure that the products arrive within the 14 day period from the date the receipt is issued.
Who assumes the cost of transportation for the return?
Each customer is responsible for costs related to the transportation of the product. In case any return is subject to error in the type or quantity of product sent by us, Hijab New Look will assume the cost of the return.
How and during what time period will I receive the money?
Our customer service agent will confirm the receipt of the goods and will make the refund valid once the package is in our warehouse. Provided the return of the product is received within 14 days according to the return policy.
In case we do not receive the package due to error by the postal service, we reserve the right to reject the refund.
Once the products are received in our warehouses, we will refund the appropriate amount using the payment method that was originally used to make the purchase. This process usually takes 10 days.
